«[...] compared to before, this solution allows us to have a much smarter relationship with our customers - if I may say so. Furthermore, the Enoweb functionalities today also help us to take a step forward in warehouse and order management. »

«[...] You see in the past there was less chance to experiment and try new labels. When we made purchases for the cellar, it was customary to never buy cartons below a certain minimum threshold, this is because the updating times of the card were long, it was not always possible to keep the paper and the warehouse in tune and the risk of "failing" the customer was always around the corner. A really unpleasant thing when it happens to you.»

«[...] I can bring a digital wine list to the table of my international customers that not only allows them to quickly do all the research they want but the extraordinary thing is that I can present it in all the languages I want from English. to German, from Italian to Russian, from French to Spanish.»

«[...] special labels are also sold that it used to take a lifetime to sell before. I'm not sure why this happens, but it happens. It is probably the result of a set of factors such as the ease and depth of searching with keywords, the ability to memorize and then review multiple labels before the final choice, or the fact that with a digital tool there is more propensity to "play", to discover new things and there is even less awe than a powerful physical card.»

«A solution that has helped this small business to reduce the damage caused by the forced closure due to Covid19, but it has also proved to be a useful sales channel to accompany the subsequent recovery path.»

« I did everything manually and then after updating the file I still had to go down to check because it could always happen that the bottle escaped. Today all this is no longer there thanks also to the really useful service of barcode labels that allow me to download the goods sold without margin for error. In short, for me having ENOWEB was like hiring that extra collaborator that otherwise I would not have been able to afford.»

«There are problems that may seem trivial but are not at all. For example, if you cannot go down to the cellar and you have to send a collaborator to get the bottle you have just ordered, you must have the guarantee that even those who go to the cellar for the first time must know where to go to get their hands.»

«Another aspect is that the software is always evolving and improving and in doing so, it wants to answer also to some very particular needs. For example, since this year and thanks to the partnership between E-group and the society that provides us the management software, the two programmes have been interfaced and turned compatible. This means that I have to insert the wine once because when I upload it on Enoweb, it is also uploaded in the management software and, on the contrary, when the bottle is sold, the discharge of the bottle happens in both software.»

«[Enoweb] Today it is really a "bomb"... in less than 25 minutes a wine list is created, already paginated, updated, packaged and ready to be printed. In addition, with all the information on the vintage, the denomination, the percentages of grapes ... all very important data, plus the advantage of the markup already calculated based on the percentage chosen by me when registering the bottle.»

« The fact that today the Estro wine list offers a greater number of labels than 10 months ago, but fewer bottles are stored in the cellar, is a fact that speaks for itself as regards ENOWEB's ability to optimally manage the warehouse. All the more important for realities such as Estro in Venice where the limited space available to the cellar could represent a limit[...]»

« [...] another feature that I found very useful for my needs is the labeling of bottles with the ENOWEB code. I know that some of my colleagues do not use this service but I find it essential for the purposes of proper warehouse management.»

« [...] the possibility to build their own path of discovery much more aware since they could have all the information regarding the type of wine, the territory, the grape variety, etc. It also greatly encouraged the curiosity and the desire to try new bottles different from the usual notes. This has completely changed the way we sell. »

«[...]And so from 2018, thanks to ENOWEB, I can say that we have finally freed ourselves from all those errors that previously risked compromising the room work and our service gains in quality.»

«With this interview we also want to present a partnership, which is the beginning of a common path of experimentation, which aims to promote an ever closer link between beverage producers, intermediaries, retailers and consumers, based first of all on the sharing of data and information that they concern not only the bottle, a physical object, but also the nature of its content.»

«I really liked the alert system that alerts you with an e-mail when a certain label reaches the minimum threshold in stock. It is useful not only to avoid running out of stock, but also because it helped me to understand that each label has its own minimum threshold level different from the others and this has had positive consequences on the optimization of purchases. Because you see if I have six bottles of '74 Barolo in the cellar it is clear that I don’t need to place orders, but if I am left with six bottles of Barbera, considering that I sell thirty a day, then I am in trouble.»

«[...] unlike traditional wine lists that are built according to the classic subdivisions by territory or vine, our wine list has a very particular structure. I must also say that in E-Group they did a really good job because we wanted our wine list on tablet to be built exactly in the same way as the printed wine list we bring to the customer. And in this we have been satisfied.»

«[...] I was also surprised by the ease with which it is possible to customize not only the graphics and layout of the paper but also the creation of groupings (by territory, by grape variety, by producer, etc.). He sees each winery has its own history and its own construction "philosophy" and the truly remarkable fact was that we were able to do exactly all of this. ENOWEB, in other words, didn’t force us to change the way we present the fruit of our research to customers but helped us to make it more rational and simpler.»

«The first thing that immediately catches the eye is the vastness and accuracy of the wine database. All already coded and divided by region, category, producer ... a fact that is by no means taken for granted because in any other warehouse program it is the customer who must register the bottles and encode the wines while here you will find all the basic information already loaded, verified and complete. You just need a click to recall them when you need them.»

«The whole question of wine has become more streamlined. There is much more tranquility. Having a wine list consistent with what is in stock is essential. We no longer have the anxiety of having to tell the customer that the product is finished and at the same time I don't have to worry about having the new paper printed every day. Even the fact of constantly saying to the room manager: "remember that this bottle is not there, be careful that the other one is about to end" ... was a nerve-wracking thing that created many problems for me. »

«The most extraordinary feature of the group of developers who installed Enoweb from us is that it is a group of technicians who work with great professionalism, they do not just provide you with a program and related instructions but are able to adapt it perfectly to your needs as if it were a "tailored suit". »

«Before the introduction of Enoweb to Antica Corte Pallavicina, it was really complicated to create and keep up-to-date a wine list with over 850 references and 5,000 bottles. Today in a few seconds you can know the stock of a particular wine.»
